4/9 - 13/9 Anniversary Sale FAQs:

1. What products are 20% off?
   20% discount applies to ALL retail products, including pre-order items. If a product is sold out, you may also make the purchase within the sale period to enjoy 20% off.
2. What about the Monthly Sale items? 
   There will not be double discount for the Monthly Sale items, they will be sold 20% off its original price along with other products.
3. Do I need to enter coupon code for online purchase?
   Discount will be automatically applied to your order during the promotion period. Online discount is valid till 13 September 23:59 [HKT].
4. Does it apply to international orders?
   Yes, of course! 
5. I am a VIP member, do I get extra discount?
   VIP member discount cannot be combined with the Anniversary Sale discount.
6. I am not yet a VIP member, how can I join during the sale period?
   If you purchase over HK$1000 (before discount), you instantly become our VIP member and are entitled to our exclusive VIP Privileges. 
7. If I purchase the out of stock item(s), when will I receive it?
   We apologize for the insufficient inventory, all sold out items are expected to be restocked at the end of October and we will deliver the items as soon as they are available. 
8. When will I receive the pre-order item(s)?
   Our pre-order cut-off date is the 28^th of each month, so the pre-order items will be arrived by the end of October.
9. Will I still receive free samples with my purchase during Anniversary Sale?
   Yes, you will receive 2 free sample for every product purchased. Please choose your sample(s) here and add them to your cart.
