Refund policy

We offer 7-day return on all online orders so you can buy with confidence. Customers can request exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Exchanges

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt for an exchange, overdue is not accepted.
• The returned product must be unopened and unused, please return the product by post or bring it to our shop in its original packaging and invoice.
• All exchanges would have to be for products of the same value or higher.
• All discounted products and free gifts cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Each order can only arrange exchange once. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees when returning and exchanging the product.

Refunds

• All sold items are not refundable.
• All customers must enter the coupon code at checkout, otherwise no discount will be applied.
